Stitch Fix #6 & Link-up
My newest Stitch Fix post can be found here.
It’s is safe to say that I am hooked on Stitch Fix.Β If you are new to my Stitch Fix posts, please check out the first five here.
I love seeing the box at my door every month and the surprises that await me when I open it.Β This month was the first that I requested specific items that I saw on other blogger’s Stitch Fix posts.Β Β My stylist found both of my requests, but sent them in slightly different colors that suited me better than the originals.Β Let’s get started!
I loved the color of this shirt!Β In fact, I owned another shirt in the exact same shade.Β Owned being past tense because the cut never suited me.Β This was suddenly made clear to me when I tried on this shirt and realized just how flattering it was.Β The back has a large scoop so it makes this shirt different than most.Β There is also a built-in bra.Β Not enough support for me though, so I still plan on wearing a bra with this.Β Kept It!
It’s hard to tell from the picture, but this shirt is extremely sheer.Β I wore a white camisole underneath.Β It had a very interesting criss-cross back, but not interesting enough for me to keep it.Β I just felt like this shirt was ok. I’m also not a fan of color blocked arm straps. I sent it back.
Again, just OK.Β Perhaps it is me being pickier, but I now have a very strong sense of what I am looking for in clothing.Β In this dress I felt that the pattern was so bold and dark that the dress becomes the center of attention, but you don’t notice the person wearing it.Β I sent it back.
One of my favorite pieces.Β I’ve noticed this specific cardigan pop up a lot lately in Stitch Fix posts such as in this one from Maria at Kinder-Craze and this one from Jennifer at Elementary School Garden. Β Jennifer describes it as wearing a cloud of love, which I have to agree.Β I just felt artsy in it.Β It’s like no other sweater I own and the color is super flattering.Β Since it is so different from everything else I have, I asked our Facebook community about it.Β Based on their advice, I kept it.
Sometimes you have clothes that you put on and they just make you feel pretty.Β This top is exactly like that.Β I saw it in Elementary School Garden’s Stitch Fix post and I requested it for this one.Β At first, I was disappointed that it wasn’t the same dark blue color, but that disappointment quickly disappeared when I tried it on.Β I love the embroidered detail around the neckline.Β I love the racer back and I love the hemline.Β This one was also a keeper.
Think this looks fun?Β You can try Stitch Fix, too!Β Please click on my referral link if you decide to order.Β I get $25 Stitch Fix credit which helps fuels this little obsession π

What a fun concept! Cute clothes:)
Thanks, Brittany! It is a lot of fun π
I love the cardigan. I adore cardigans and it’s a great color.
I am starting to feel the same way about cardigans. Love that I get a chance to wear them soon with the weather change π
The cardigan looks amazing on you. The color is just perfect. I love the color of the Jersey Knit Top as well. You look fabulous! Thanks for mentioning my blog in your post and thank you for hosting another amazing link-up!

Thank you Jennifer! I look forward to checking out your newest post!
I’ve been wanted to try Stitch Fix. I just might have to now!
It is the only clothes shopping that I do now. It may seem a little pricey, but I have honestly saved money doing it because I am now spending my money on quality clothes and no longer buying cheap clothing that fits me poorly.
Ooh I love seeing what everyone else gets too! Love that first top!
Thanks Kendall! Do you do Stitch Fix posts as well?
I like them all!! I need to try this Stitch box but I feel like I would end up spending more money than trying to save. Haha I probably wouldnt return any of it!
The two tank tops and the dress are my fav picks for you. Loving the jeans you’re wearing in the first pic too.
You received a lot of great clothes from Stitch Fix! I, for one, love that dress – I’m sorry you don’t like it as much, though!
I totally love that cardi and the first tee.
I love the idea of this. I never seem to find time to shop, this is a good alternative. π
Obsessed with Stitch Fix as well. You got some great items. I love love love that dress!!
Yay Jamie! Do you write any blog posts about Stitch Fix?
My co-worker just subscribed to this and got her first box last week. We had quite the time at the office helping her decide what to keep and send back.
Anyway, I’ll be joining soon for sure. Great business model, and I rarely have time to shop.
How fun! It is definitely an fun experience!
Cool post! Bill had never heard of Stitch Fix until now, so I may go and check them out! Loved the cardigan; such a pretty color!
It is an awesome service π
You look great in that raceback tank! Great post.
I keep hearing so much about this but I am sooo picky, haha.
I actually really like that dress on you! Stitch Fix seems like so much fun!
Those are so cute. I really like the chevron dress.
I love living vicariously through people’s Stitch Fix posts because I can’t afford it myself right now, haha. I love the cardigan and the embroidered tank!
Ahhh! Love that dress! Super cute and looks great on you! I am also in love with the Le Sample tank! Adorable!
Thank you Avie!
Love the last tank top! So cute on you.
I now want that cardigan…and Le Sample!!! = )
Haha Laura! They are awesome aren’t they?
Great job modeling your delivery! π It’s an awesome-sounding service. I love shopping too much on my own (and the service seems to be better for staples/layering pieces than what I gravitate towards) to try it out, but I think it’s great for anyone who’s busy and/or doesn’t like shopping. π

Thanks Laurel! It is a great service for staples and the like. I am one of those people who doesn’t like shopping. I find that too many choices make shopping overwhelming.
I got the same cardigan I believe in my first box in a dark navy blue and kept it, I wear it ALL the time! I love it! That’s a fun color that you got, I might have to request that one!
I haven’t worn my cardigan yet, it being 105 here currently, but I am looking forward to it!
ahh I can’t wait to be able to afford Stitch Fix!!
Great outfits! They look really good on you. I especially love the chevron dress, I want one for me too π
Great review, again! I love the color of that cardigan, and though the style of the dress is cute I agree about the pattern being a little distracting. Thanks for hosting the link-up – just added my latest review too! π
I love the last racerback top, it is my favorite!
Thank you!
I finally got a chance to review this month’s fix! I kept all five! As usual, all the pieces look great on you!
Woo hoo for Stitch Fix! Thank you Lynn!
I’m set to get my next fix this week. Hopefully, it will be just as good!
I’m excited to see!! I’m posting my newest fix tomorrow!
