LIVE MONTH LONG CHALLENGE | APRIL 2023
Enrollment ends in:
As a mom, you have so much to deal with, respond to, and worry about. Right now, you might feel like:
Mama, it's no wonder you blow up, yell and lose your cool!
Challenge starts in:
Right now, you might feel like you're failing as a parent - that you can't keep your cool and catch yourself reacting to your family in ways you later regret.
Maybe you start each day saying "I won't yell" but the dog eats your shoe, your youngest gets sick, your oldest tells you last minute about the project due tomorrow he hasn't even started, and your husband's flipping channels while you tend to bedtime and clean up after dinner and BAM! You feel the steam coming out of your ears.
We get it. And we've been there too. That's why we're bringing you the Patient Parent Challenge this April.
Challenge starts in:
I remember the exact moment two years ago that I knew things needed to change.
It was the day after Christmas and I had just finished all the shopping, had done all the wrapping, and organized all the meals - on top of keeping up with my own job, taking the kids to their after-school activities, and managing my son's frequently intense emotions.
I sat on the couch and cried. Huge, heaving, trying to catch-my-breath sobs.
There I was, doing EVERYTHING and still feeling like a huge disappointment.
That's when I knew I couldn't do it all anymore. My kids expected me to take care of waking them up, to answer their every need, and constantly be available. I felt overwhelmed and I knew my kids weren't developing any responsibility with me doing it all.
So, I started changing how I asked. I used proven strategies from psychology and the strong communication skills I've learned through my experience as a teacher & parenting and life coach.
I also changed my mindset. I gave myself permission to pause and take care of myself, and I want to help you do the same.
Here's what's included:

Our Patient Parent Challenge is a month-long event that starts April 1st, 2023.
It's okay if you can't attend live! Goal-setting, coaching, time-blocking and the quick-win sessions are recorded and available for replay in our private member community, where you can also ask questions and get support at any time.
YES! Everyone who completes the challenge will receive an exclusive PEACE sticker from No Guilt Mom.
Yes, you can still join! Just send us an email at [email protected] and we'll get you all set up.
Each week, former classroom teacher and certified life coach, JoAnn Crohn, M.Ed, will teach you her proven PEACE framework to help you increase your patience and bring calm to your entire family. Additionally, you will be asked to complete 3 daily habits and journal entries in the challenge workbook to identify your triggers, improve your self-talk, and create your talk-down script and reaction plan.
In addition, you'll have the opportunity to join us for monthly goal setting on April 7th, time-blocking every Friday, and twice weekly live coaching sessions for support and encouragement.
No problem! Shoot an email over to us at [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
