You have so much to do in a day that you wish your kids could step in and handle more on their own. Maybe you:
What you really want is:
You can have all those things... and I have the thing to help you get there!
Over 5 days, the Raising Kind & Capable Kids Challenge will help you teach your kids the skills they need to be more respectful, motivated and self-sufficient, by giving you a plan and 3-minute activities to do with them.
Hey, I'm JoAnn Crohn, M.Ed, the founder of No Guilt Mom and mom to 2 kids. When I became a mom, I felt such pressure to do ALL the things and that stress made me frustrated and resentful. If you feel that way right now, you’ve found your place!
I created this challenge to give you confidence, skills, and to connect you with other moms struggling with raising more independent kids. Join me LIVE for 5 days and learn EASY, actionable steps to help your kids be more independent, respectful & responsible!
I'll see you in the challenge!
The Raising Kind & Capable Kids Challenge will run from Monday, May 9th - Friday, May 13th, 2022. Each session will be taught LIVE at 10:00 AM Pacific and last for about a half-hour. If you can't attend live, it will be recorded and available for viewing at your convenience in your Member Hub.
From the comfort of your home, wherever you are - all ONLINE so you can attend in your pajamas!
Each day, you'll attend one live 30-minute session taught by JoAnn Crohn, M.Ed. Each session will start with an overview of that day's topic, an actionable 3-minute activity you can use with your kids at home, and time to chat and interact with other parents in the challenge.
You'll also get lifetime access to the challenge recordings and a workbook to help you organize your thoughts and create a plan that's easy to implement and follow through on.
Knowing how to communicate kindly so that your feelings are heard is such an important relationship skill. In this session, you’ll learn the simple format to teach kids how to share their feelings in a respectful way.
Tired of tantrums? Not sure how to teach your kids to handle strong emotions other than a cool down in a timeout? In this session, you’ll learn a simple strategy you can use anytime to boost your child’s emotional regulation.
Do your kids freeze when it comes to big projects like homework or cleaning their room? How do you tackle a project and break it up into small tasks? Today you’ll learn a simple trick both you and your kids can use to start one piece of a daunting project… and see it all the way through.
Kids need to know that they aren’t responsible for other people’s feelings. If they aren't comfortable doing something, it’s OK to say no. Today, you’ll learn how to teach your kids to set their own boundaries in a kind, respectful way.
Now that you know the four areas to focus on, how do you keep up with teaching kids these skills to help them be more respectful, kind & capable? Today, you’ll decide what you want to focus on next and exactly how to approach that skill so that your kids can take it all in.
The challenge will run from Monday, May 9th through Friday, May 13th. We kick off on Monday, 9th with our first live session. The private Facebook community will open Saturday, May 7th.
